Qvintip® is a self-sampling device with a detachable tip, that allows women to collect a vaginal fluid sample in the comfort of their own home, and tell whether they are at increased risk of cervical cancer.

In countries with established screening programs, 30% of all women do not participate in any organized screening activity. Among the non-participating women, 64% of all cervical cancer types were found and more than 80% of all advanced stages of cervical cancer. This was the initial reason behind the development of Qvintip.

Dr. Fong is primarily a sexual health physician, but he also practises as a family physician, sex therapist and counsellor.
Dr Francois Fong received his medical training in Australia. After obtaining his Masters in Family Medicine from Monash University and Masters in Sexual Health from the University of Sydney, he was awarded fellowship of Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and membership of the Australian Association of Sex Educators, Researchers and Therapists.
Dr Enders Ng is an experienced Senior Scientist with a demonstrated history of working in the academia, government and private sectors. He is one of the pioneers in the use of blood-based cell-free RNA, microRNA, ctDNA and T-cell immune repertoire as biomarkers for disease diagnosis and monitoring. He is well familiar with emerging technologies such as droplet digital PCR and Next Generation Sequencing, and he has published more than 100 peer-reviewed papers, book chapters, reviews and conference papers.
Authored and co-authored over 16 publications and 30 abstracts in areas of reproductive Science, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, maternal and neonatal health, hepatology, infectious diseases, biochemistry and cell biology.
Authored and co-authored a number of international publications in areas of vaccination, microbiology, virology and immunity. He is experienced in global molecular diagnostic market for HPV, STD and other infectious diseases.
